Optimised Operations Limited can provide you with an Operations Health Check (OHC) by email, free of charge. We aim to respond within 5 working days. The level of detail is based on how much of the required information your company can provide us with. The objective is to supply you with an independent viewpoint of how healthy we believe your company is in terms of Output, Productivity, Inventory, Operating Architecture, Organisation, etc.

Dependent upon your industry and availability of information, we will also attempt to compare you against some of your competitors of companies in the same industry, or external if we believe it to be appropriate.
